WyseLogistics provides individual logistics packages to complex construction projects, resulting in reduced risk and greater value for our clients. Our skilled and experienced logistics managers work closely to tailor a logistics package to the exact requirements for a project, then cost it effectively and deliver it successfully.
We define construction logistics as ‘those site support activities that leave no permanent footprint’. To WyseGroup logistics is the embodiment of our integrated approach to service delivery, as it draws on our group-wide skills and resources in one complete solution.
We group our logistics services into three broad areas which we have termed ‘The 3 P’s of Logistics’
People – the provision of specialist teams for specific logistics activities.
Protection – site welfare and health & safety facilities, and site security planning and provision.
Processes – the management of key site processes such as deliveries, traffic and waste.
We appreciate that waste control and disposal can be a major headache and an uncontrollable expenditure on site. WyseEnvironmental is the dedicated waste management division of WyseLogistics. We work with clients to draw up a detailed, integrated plan that will ensure a safe and clear working environment.
We will take full responsibility for all aspects of waste management, ensuring the site meets health & safety regulations, and take the burden away from the client’s site management team, freeing them up to concentrate on their core tasks.
